Set deposit and time limits on betwinner

- Account closure. Permanent shutdown of the account; outstanding balance is paid out to your deposit method after KYC.

PAGCOR Exclusion Program — self and family
PAGCOR operates a formal Exclusion Program that allows a person to bar themselves, or be barred by a spouse, parent, or child, from PAGCOR-licensed gaming venues and PIGO platforms. There are two paths:
- Self-exclusion. You file a request with PAGCOR to exclude yourself.
- Family exclusion. A spouse, parent, or child files to exclude a relative whose gambling is causing harm to the family.
